Buildout of space to create a functional and stylish cycle studio.

Work included soundproofing the exercise room utilizing soundproof clips to double-up walls without losing square footage. Constructing a suspended free moving sound ceiling and kinetic sound floor. Designing locker rooms, full bathrooms, and drink and snack bar, and renovating the lobby to include reception and retail areas.
