SCOPE OF WORK: Forty two luxury townhouses spread over eight buildings, located on over eleven ocean- front acres. Each individual luxury unit varies between 2,000 sq feet to 3,000 sq feet. The 2,000 sq foot custom copper domed clubhouse includes a fireplace in the main area, state-of-the- art audio/visual system, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, and fitness center, plus a heated pool with water feature and two-level sun deck. This project has been nominated for several awards, including the Builders Association of Greater Boston, Prism Awards.
