SQUARE FOOTAGE: 3,200 sq ft

SCOPE OF WORK: Historic Renovation of a 1895 wood-framed mixed use structure located in Oak Bluffs, Martha’s Vineyard.  Extensive structural repairs including a new foundation and new first floor.   Exterior work included new windows, doors, siding, sidewalks, and landscaping.  Interior was completed with new mechanicals and interior finishes in the three apartments and one retail space.   The rehabilitated building provides the first accessible housing unit on the Island as well as affordable housing for Island residents.
