SCOPE OF WORK: Tennant Improvement: Interior and exterior renovation of existing industrial space into medical offices. Exterior improvements included new EIFS, paint and roof. High efficiency mechanicals and insulation were used and many eco-friendly products were incorporated into the high end finishes.
