Haynes Group, Inc. managed the two-story renovation of an existing restaurant space, converting Del Frisco’s into a Smith & Wollensky.

Scope included a 9,000 square foot renovation featuring two levels of upscale dining, installation of marble bar, private event spaces, outdoor patio seating, and custom finishes throughout.
