Haynes Group was selected by AIC Ventures to fully liquidate and re-purpose the former office and warehouse. The team built-out 300,000 square feet for Plantation Products, 119,000 square feet for Jiffy Products, constructed a 65’ high-bay, and renovated the lobby.
