Project Highlights: Formerly the HP Hood Milk Processing Plant, the interior of this occupied, historic building was completely demolished and brought up to ADA compliance by Haynes Group. We had to abate prior to demolition. Our scope of work also included modernizing elevators, multiple tenant fit-ups, removing and replacing an existing skylight, upgrading finishes, installing plumbing for new bathrooms and kitchens and creating a fitness center.

Project Highlights: Haynes Group worked on interior demolition of this existing space, installing new underground plumbing, metal framing, carpeting throughout, and painting. We also updated the HVAC and electrical systems and installed an acoustical ceiling.

Project Highlights: Tenant improvement consisting of incorporating industrial and modern office aspects. Haynes Group installed polished concrete floors with minimal carpeting (featured only in conference rooms and open office space), custom wood accent walls and linear LED lighting.

Project Highlights: Haynes Group worked to enhance the building by bringing this historic, occupied space up to ADA compliance. We worked to demolish the entire interior building, basement and sub-basement, excluding the top two floors of the 8-story structure. We renovated all tenant spaces, electrical, HVAC and mechanical units. On the second floor, we replaced broken pieces and panels on the historic windows and repaired lighting to retain the aesthetic.

Project Highlights: Haynes Group renovated the base building of this historic mill building to provide blank canvases for future retail tenants. The scope of work consisted of updating the lobby with expansive high ceilings, elevator access, installing new windows and sweeps, and restoring the original hardwood flooring and exposed brick.

Project Highlights: Haynes Group worked on interior demolition of the existing space to accommodate the new office layout. We installed new flooring, custom frame-less glass doors, acoustical ceilings recessed lighting, interior paint and custom millwork. We also upgraded existing fire suppression, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical services to accommodate the new space.
