Project Highlights:
Formerly the HP Hood Milk Processing Plant. This occupied historic building was completely demolished and brought up to ADA compliance by Haynes Group. We had to abate prior to demolition. Our scope of work also included modernizing elevators, multiple tenant fit-ups, removing and replacing an existing skylight, upgrading finishes, installing plumbing for new bathrooms and kitchens and creating a fitness center.

Highlights: Tenant Improvement consisting of incorporating industrial and modern office aspects. Haynes Group installed polished concrete floors with minimal carpeting featured only in conference rooms and open office space, custom wood accent walls and linear LED lighting.

 
 

41 Winter Street | Liberty Travel

Architect: Fusion Design Consultants
Square Footage: 38,000 sq. feet
Project Highlights: Haynes Group, Inc. worked to enhance the building by bringing this historic, occupied space up to ADA compliance. We worked to demolish the entire interior building, basement and sub-basement, excluding the top two floors of the 8-story structure. We renovated all tenant spaces, electrical, HVAC and mechanical units. On the second floor, we replaced broken pieces and panels on the historic windows and repaired lighting to retain the aesthetic.

 

Redspring Road

Project Highlights: Haynes Group, Inc. renovated the base building to provide blank canvases for future retail tenants. The scope of work consisted of updating the lobby with expansive high ceilings, elevator access, installing new windows and sweeps, and restoring the original hardwood flooring and exposed brick.

Project Highlights: Complete demolition. Haynes Group, Inc. worked on building new framed walls to deck, ceilings to an open deck space, sprinkler heads and addition of new electrical and low voltage wiring. We also installed new carpets and new kitchen cabinets, and re-painted the space.

Suez Environmental

Project Highlights: A complete renovation of an existing mixed use structure. Haynes Group, Inc. updated eight apartments and a future retail space with structural repairs, electric, plumbing, heating, fire suppression and interior finishes. Exterior improvements included new roofing, siding, and a re-built storefront to accommodate the three new live/work apartments and retail space.

Project Highlights: Haynes Group, Inc. demolished and re-built the staffing facility. This included the waiting area, conference room, executive offices, and production space.

Project Highlights: Haynes Group, Inc. added an additional 2,500 sq. feet to the existing building. The new space consisted of a reception area and office space. We also renovated existing space with updates to the entire office, along with renovating docking areas, new walkways, and landscaping.

Project Highlights: Haynes Group, Inc. added a second story addition to the existing building and renovated the first floor, site work with new stormwater management systems, a water filtration system and a new parking lot. Demolition of the interior of the first floor, and roof excavated for footings, new structural steel and wood frame, interior finishes included custom carpet tiles, custom maple mill-work and cabinets, and other custom finishes.

Project Highlights: This project entailed the removal of the existing vestibule structure and the construction of a new vestibule. The new vestibule if a steel structure with a new foundation, all new doors and windows, a stucco exterior and a rubber roof. The existing lobby was completely renovated with a new reception area, granite floors, cherry doors and stained glass windows. The client restrooms were also renovated with new upgrades.
