Project Highlights: Haynes Group worked on this multi-level renovation of an existing office space. Our scope of work included installing new flooring, paint, act ceiling as well as glazed openings. The existing stair was updated with a glazed guard rail with mounded SS handrails. Custom millwork was also added to the space, including a custom reception desk with a back-lit resin panel acting as a show piece. Custom signage and EZO board hanging on the 2nd floor are two unique details in the space.

 

Brigham & Women’s Physician Organization

Project Highlights: Haynes Group worked to convert this multi-tenanted office into a single tenant in a fast paced, three-phased office build-out. Our scope of work consisted of a complete office renovation, installing all new heat pumps and a new generator back up infrastructure.

 

Piaggio Fast Forward | 52 Roland Street

Project Highlights: This was the second build out for Piaggio Fast Forward. The project included renovating a free standing, two floor brick building. Our scope of work consisted of providing new electrical service and HVAC systems, updating handrails to existing stairs, installing new elevators and a unique custom glazing element in each area to help soften the workshop feel.

Project Highlights: Formerly the HP Hood Milk Processing Plant, the interior of this occupied, historic building was completely demolished and brought up to ADA compliance by Haynes Group. We had to abate prior to demolition. Our scope of work also included modernizing elevators, multiple tenant fit-ups, removing and replacing an existing skylight, upgrading finishes, installing plumbing for new bathrooms and kitchens and creating a fitness center.

Project Highlights: Haynes Group worked to enhance the building by bringing this historic, occupied space up to ADA compliance. We worked to demolish the entire interior building, basement and sub-basement, excluding the top two floors of the 8-story structure. We renovated all tenant spaces, electrical, HVAC and mechanical units. On the second floor, we replaced broken pieces and panels on the historic windows and repaired lighting to retain the aesthetic.

Project Highlights: Haynes Group renovated the base building of this historic mill building to provide blank canvases for future retail tenants. The scope of work consisted of updating the lobby with expansive high ceilings, elevator access, installing new windows and sweeps, and restoring the original hardwood flooring and exposed brick.

Project Highlights: Haynes Group worked on this tenant improvement of an occupied office to additional second floor space. Our scope of work included creating an internal stairway access between floors. The project also included construction of a new fitness center.

Project Highlights: The Howard Clock Building is on the National Historic Register. Haynes Group worked on this multi-phased, interior renovation project with included making updates to the lobby and 4 tenant fit-outs. This was a combination of historic elements with updated architectural designs, lighting and finishes.
