Durand Chevrolet

Architect: Mark S. McCarthy
Project Highlights: Haynes Group, Inc. renovated existing space to accommodate with GM program requirements for Chevrolet. Floor plan redesign included brand specific elements and signage, new floor tile and carpet materials, lighting, ceilings and custom cabinetry. Exterior finishes included newly constructed service drive canopy, new storefront glazing systems, Chevrolet entry element and aluminum composite paneling (ACM) systems.

Buick GMC

Architect: Duckham Architecture & Interiors
Project Highlights: Haynes Group, Inc. renovated the existing space to accommodate with GM program requirements for Buick & GMC. Interior finishes included brand specific elements and signage, new floor tile, lighting, ceilings, paint, carpet, glazing and cabinetry. Exterior finishes included 22' high Buick GMC entry element and aluminum composite paneling (ACM) systems. 

Bourne Auto Center

Architect: Design Build
Square Footage: 40,000 and 4,000 sq. feet
Project Highlights: Tenant Improvement. Interior and exterior improvements to Easton, MA location included Dryvit, spray booth, lifts, and new finishes in lobby, office space and showroom.

Residential

Wheaton College Faculty House

Architecture: Archdesign, Inc.
Square Footage: 1,500 sq. feet
Project Highlights: Haynes Group, Inc. worked on interior renovations of an existing 1,500 square foot space to give it a fresh new look. With help from the design team, we removed the old flooring and installed new flooring, mill-work for the kitchen and bathroom, counter tops, vanities, lighting, interior paint, and re-finished existing hardwood flooring. 

Washington Square

Architecture: Wise Surma Jones Architects
Square Footage: 8,000 sq. feet
Project Highlilghts: Haynes Group, Inc. did a complete renovation of an existing mixed-use structure. We updated it with structural repairs, electric, plumbing, heating, fire suppression, and interior finishes. Exterior improvements included new roofing, siding, and a re-built storefront to accommodate the three new live/work apartments and retail space. 

Private Residence, Marion

Architecture: Wise Surma Jones Architects
Square Footage: 4,500 sq. feet
Project Highlights: Construction of a new pavilion-style custom 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bathroom private residence. Conventional stick frame along with the integration of steel to create a unique, open floor plan. Geothermal radiant heating system throughout. Exterior finished with natural slate siding along with a patina green one-inch standing seam metal roof. 

Lighthouse Point

Architect: Cramer Levine & Company Architects
Square Footage: 95,000 sq. feet
Project Highlights: Forty two luxury townhouses spread over eight buildings, located on over eleven oceanfront acres. Each individual luxury unit varies between 2,000 sq feet to 3,000 sq feet. The 2,000 sq foot custom copper-domed clubhouse includes a fireplace in the main area, state-of-the-art audio/visual system, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, and fitness center, plus a heated pool with water feature and two-level sun deck. This project has been nominated for several awards, including the Builders Association of Greater Boston, Prism Awards

Foxhill Village, Unit 424

Architect: Weston Studio of Interior Design
Square Footage: 1,493 sq. feet
Project Highlights: Haynes Group collaborated with both the designer and client to completely renovate the existing unit at Foxhill Village. Renovations included complete remodel of existing kitchen and bathrooms. Haynes Group installed high-end finishes such as: tile flooring, granite countertops, tile showers with frameless glass doors, new carpeting, installing built in’s in the living room, closet system in master closet, swapping/installing new lighting throughout, raising doorways in the hallway, interior painting throughout.

The Noyes Building | Conroy Apothecary

Architect: Durkee, Brown, Viveiros & Werenfels Architects
Square Footage: 3,400 sq. feet
Project Highlights: Historic Renovation of an 1895 wood-framed mixed use structure located in Oak Bluffs, Martha’s Vineyard. Extensive structural repairs including a new foundation and new first floor. Exterior work included new windows, doors, siding, sidewalks, and landscaping. Interior was completed with new mechanical and interior finishes in the three apartments and one retail space.

Amazon Robotics

Architect: Dyer Brown Architects
Square Footage: 30,000 sq. feet
Project Highlights: Amazon Robotics a subsidiary of Amazon.com was founded in 2003 as a solution to order fulfillment. Amazon Robotics offers a more consistent customer services experience through automation using various methods of robotic technology. Haynes Group worked with Amazon Robotics and the project team to compete exterior renovations installing new windows and exterior panels and interior demolition of the existing mechanical area. The renovations completed were in preparation for future expansion in their existing headquarters.

Infinity Data

Square Footage: 40,000 & 4,000 sq. feet
Project Highlights: Tenant Improvement with new interior finishes to Easton, MA location. Additional work included elevator, railings, vestibule, reception counter, Electric, HVAC, and fire suppression upgrades.

Education

Wheaton College Science Center

Architect: Archdesign, Inc.
Square Footage: 1,300 sq. feet
Project Highlights: Wheaton College Science Center was built in 2010. Selective masonry demolition along with the removal of abandoned services was necessary to update one of the classroom spaces. Our scope consisted of installing new casework with epoxy counters, acoustical ceilings, entry doors, glazing, interior paint, window treatments, and grinding and sealing of concrete slabs. 

Waldorf School

Architect: OMR Architects, Inc. 
Square Footage: 420 sq. feet
Project Highlights: Waldorf Schools Worldwide, WSL was founded in 1971. This lift up included working with the architect and design team to install new ceilings, lighting, millwork, plumbing fixtures and tile flooring. Haynes Group, Inc. worked to make the space ADA compliant.
